Home Builder

We contacted Andrew in October of 2016 to help design our new home. Andrew was very attentive to our wants and budget and was able to develop a plan that fit both. He was super easy to deal with and the ability to send us drafts for review and swift return of revisions moved the process along quickly. I highly recommend using his 3d modelling and VR tour. That service alone saved us thousands of dollars in costly changes as we were able to go through the home virtually and see what we would like changed before construction even started. This was so successful that we only made one minor framing change during construction. We also appreciated that Andrew was very straight forward with his pricing. There were no surprises and what he quoted us is what we ended up paying him. Our contractor was extremely pleased with the prints produced by Andrew. He found them informative and easy to use, and stated that they contained more than enough measurements and dimensions that he did not have to make calculations which could lead to errors. Sub trades also found the plans useful. The amount of prints supplied was more than adequate to allow our contractor and subs. Our construction is complete and we are more than pleased with the end result. We have received many compliments on the layout and design of the home. I highly recommend Andrew and Global Design Studio, you will not be disappointed

Mr Maker. Has to be the best contractor. They are on the top of it. They are honest and explain in details what you need for your project!. Thanks for the great work.

Generally have most selections of sizes and if not they can easily bring in your size in a timely fashion.

Thomsen is so easy to build with! I always heard how much people hated building a house and would rather buy all ready built. For us it was so easy. Within minutes of picking out things they picked up on my style. They always get back to us immediately. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks!

I bought this home with very high hopes. Right when my warranty was up my AC unit started giving me lots of issues and Any Hour told me that they either gave me a system with a leak or they didn't fill it all the way up with refrigerant. So that whole ordeal has costed me close to $1000 already. Also when they sold me the home the sales rep guy seemed to just tell me anything I wanted to hear in order to get the deal done. Many of the things he told me ended up being lies. Like now the HOA is requiring parking passes or your car will be towed. So now my family and I have to buy these parking passes that STILL don't even allow your car to be parked there in the visitor parking for longer than 12 hours. We never would have bought this home had we known this would be a condition. If you decide to buy flagship homes be ready to pay many unexpected repairs to your brand new home and to find out many other truths you didnt know about when signing the papers. I, on the other hand, will nev
