Travis ans his team provided us with a reasonable quote and fit us in on a days notice (rain was a concern) they were meticulous and very accommodating any special requests we made. My wife and I purchased a home through Linwood in 2015. Built by one of their most experienced builders, 35 years building with Linwood, and still building for Linwood today! When my home was almost complete, our builder told us that our roof would leak!!! We were shocked! "How can you build a house knowing that the roof will leak?" Our roof is now leaking in 3 different locations every time it rains. Our home IS our entire life savings, and Linwood is not answering calls and refusing to help us resolve the issue. Linwood, are you there?

Very professional

We loved our small 125+ year old house but it was in dire need of updates and we had always wanted a larger family room and second bathroom. Rory, Catherine and the Build team guided us through the whole process, designing and building a wonderful addition while improving/refreshing the original structure and unifying the home in a harmonious and tasteful way. We certainly valued their professional yet personal approach, their aesthetic sensibilities and practical advice. Great experience!

Please have a look at the photos of the downed trees and standing water problems. My property backs on to the Trailwoods phase 3 development site. These properties are expensive properties yet the developer has literally destroyed hundreds of trees and left them to rot in people’s backyards. These trees were needed to soak up water. We now have a flooding problem. Dunncap Corporation responded to the problem by chipping up some of the fallen trees and has simply covered up the water so no one will see. But this will decompose leaving a problem for all homeowners. A swale has been built near the Peel Street entrance to deal with storm water management but this is simply a ditch. The bottom of the ditch is filled with clay and the grading is not correct. The water just simply sits there. As a result, we have had a mosquito problem all summer. Buyer beware on the purchase of these properties.
