I rented a unit from B.W. Conn Homes for several years before purchasing a townhouse. I love my home and Brian has been very helpful over the years. Highly recommend.

Our home was completed by Rolaine Homes in August 2013. It was completed on time and on budget. Working with Ron was a pleasure from start to finish. As seniors with health issues, his advice on making our new home as accessible as possible was invaluable. I asked for some changes to the floor plan and he, not only accommodated me, but made suggestions that were far superior to mine. Thanks to Ron, I know have the kitchen of my dreams! Ron was on-site practically every day and very involved in all phases of construction. He kept us totally informed throughout the entire process. We were living nearby during construction and, thus, able to visit the site daily. All employees were professional, thorough and courteous as we frequently stopped by to see what was happening. They showed us what they were doing and answered our questions. We never felt in the way. This, I feel, is a testament to how Ron conducts business. His integrity and ethics flow through all who work for him. I highly recommend Rolaine Homes to anyone.

Not cool

Not what I expected for a new house. Big punch list, extremely slow customer service. Many small issues.

Steve Tobey and his team are great to work with - helpful, knowledgeable of the latest trends and technology, ecologically oriented, and friendly. Their craftsmanship are all meticulous in their work resulting in outstanding products. We have been living in our new home for 3 years now and do not regret building with Tobey. Best builder in the region in my opinion.
