Home Builder

Epic is a great builder. Their sales staff are friendly and very helpful. As a realtor I find their contracts easy to read and explain to clients... I highly recommend this builder.

It has been my absolute pleasure to have known my good friend Yared Afework for so many years starting from our University days back in Ethiopia and later during my study stay in Vancouver, BC. His successful journey, especially during the past few years has been phenomenal and exemplary. He is not only a man og great integrity but also trust worthy and honest. His ability to connect to people and easily discern their needs is exceptional. I have been witnessing these qualities help him build a successful business and still wait for great success stories in his business and family life. I am pretty sure that his business associates and customers enjoy his dedication in what he puts his mind into and his personal qualities. As a designer I have had the pleasure of working with Alair Homes! In this industry it makes sense to do business with like minded professionals. I recommend my clients to Alair Homes! Their service is on point and on budget.

The Cascade Handcrafted team has built some of the finest log homes I've ever seen. The western red cedar and latewood finish makes each log home unique with the awesome flares. LOVE the post and beam construction.

After a year in our house we are still very satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship. We fully recommend Domeo Construction.

Extremely vague when it came to pricing.. almost flat out refused to put a price on anything. Making you feel as though you need to expose your maximum budget so they can take advantage and charge you as much as they can. The lady there definitely needs to work on her customer service and learn to actually take people serious. Would not recommend. The only reason I'm giving this 1 star is because I have to.

Do not trust these guys. We met Ron and his sons and they seemed like such great people. We got them to build a small coach house on our property. It was a very simple garage with vinyl siding and a 1 bedroom suite in the attic trusses. This was not a big custom house full of suprises and we never changed anything from the original design or finishing so it was very straight forward. Even the site had already been prepped. Every time we met these guys they were giving my wife a hug and treated us like family. We trusted them so we paid upfront for the coach house in full as per the amount agreed to in the contract (at their request cause they said it would make things go faster and smoother not having to take draws). They were painfully slow and took months and months just to frame it. Then when it was at rough drywall stage they walked off the job and said they wouldnt return til we paid them more money even though they had already been paid in full. We ended up having to pay for all the electrical and plumbing and finishing with our money on top of having already paid them to do it so we essentially paid twice. Then to add insult to injury they slap a lien on our house. So we had to get a lawyer and pay legal fees for a bogus claim. The lawyer said even though we paid him in full and even though he didnt even finish the job, he was suing us because he claimed that what he did build increased the value of our property over and above what it cost us to build. I don't even know how that makes sense but Ediger knew it would cost us $20,000 to fight it so he sent our lawyer a settlement offer of half that. Our lawyer said even though we were clearly in the right that we should pay it cause it would cost more to go to court. So a simple garage with a written contract ended up costing us double in the end plud a world full of frustration. I urge anyone looking to hire these people to look elsewhere. Do not EVER trust these people. I dont even know how they live with themselves having done that to good decent people.

Have enjoyed working for Kellton Contracting since 2015. Tony was also a huge help when I built my own home last year. Very generous with time and advice. Thanls so much!

Best job ever .quality wood frame structures

Beautiful location

I was extremely pleased with our experience with Alair Homes. We were so pleased with the very thorough and professional interactions that we had with Justin, who is extremely knowledgable and approachable. We ended up not using their custom building services but will be sure to contract them for any home renovations down the line.

Great team!
