These pass are unreal. Too §ee this home 😯

My wife an I were lucky enough to have purchased pre construction in Walnut Ridge 3. With the high end finishes we did not have the expense of upgrades. It was refreshing to walk in to a show suite and not be told that the unit we loved was full of upgrades, it was in fact the price in the brochure. We were able to pick our cabinetry & flooring colour as well as our granite.......All for the list price. During the construction of our condo, we spent many weekends “stalking” our building. The staff in the show suite were always so welcoming. The glass solarium was the main reason we looked at these condos. It is additional square footage to our home. We use it 9-10 months of the year. We took possession in June 2014 & love our condo and the amazing community. We would definitely recommend Quadra Homes with confidence. Ron & Amy

If you're project is time sensitive, keep in mind that these guys will not do their homework and will drag you out for months and then blame it on one of of their employees. Then 2 months past your deadline they blame it on their suppliers. We hired them to do a turn-key project for our sales center and we ended up doing their work like finding suppliers, installers and sourcing the material they didn't ordered on time when you put down a down payment for the exact reason . In hindsight if we'd hired contractors ourselves and spent half of time on site we could've finished this small building weeks earlier for a lot less than their price. The management of the company won't pay attention to your complaints while you're suffering. We're a development company and knew how to wrap things up, for a regular buyer things could be even more unnerving.

Craig is a consummate professional in his field. He is detail oriented and leaves no stone unturned during the design / discovery process. Worst quality builds in the Valley. Dishonest, horrible staff.

Amazing workmanship & quality of work done. Joel, Matt, Suzanne all worked with us to make our dream kitchen come to reality ! Joel had lots of ideas on how to better improve the layout/space and we even decided to go into other rooms for upgrades and additions. Top Class Crew & Staff - can't say enough about these guys !
