Home Builder

I am a Custom Home Builder (Black Thumb Contracting) that used Linwood Homes with a client from start to finish. I found the process very enjoyable and easy. They were quick to respond if I had questions or needed anything. The materials supplied were of high quality and in good condition. I was so satisfied, my wife and I are looking into getting a Linwood Package for our Howe Sound property.

Beautiful artistry and craftmanship.

Very poor job done by Vikram, a designer at their surrey location. First he forgot a simple rule that's been around for ages. That delayed us in getting our permit. He then tried to charge us to make the corrections for his mistake. He didnt provide us with the energy plan, that again delayed us from getting our permit. He didn't even look at the lot size or shape as our surveyor has informed us that the design does not fit.

Build finish is very poor, even after the walk through the deficiencies were botched repaired e.g a random hole in the wall was aptched with a electric covering. Long wait times for repair men and mostly cowboy builders, the main guy is a rafting guide doing maintenace on the side. Our shower keeps leaking and they seem to think this is normal, now its our fault as out of warranty. Last time they had to take the whole ceiling down due to this issue. I just dont accept you have to keep resealing your shower every 6 months, clearly not installed properly. The tap just popped off and water spurted everywhere, aparently out fault and taps only have a 1 year shelf life, no support or even advice offered. Generally very poor materials. Very poor customer service, be careful not to buy into their “Dream Home”. So disapponted I will never buy with this company again.

Karan is very easy to communicate with, keeps his customers first and works with them to make sure all their wants are met. Working on a second project with him now and im happy to be using him as a builder. I've used his other company Charity Siding on other projects and had great experiences and good service from them too and that's what actually led me to trying him as a builder and i have no regrets. Keep up the good work (Y)

The lane house is being built!

交了几万加元的前期付款，被忽悠了几个月，公司的孙总承诺昨天会和我联系，但是直到现在都没有音讯，如果再没有任何答复，我希望今天开始不要再有下一个受害者

This is the best builder ever. He helped me with every problem I had. He produces quality work with his projects. He built me my dream home and charged me the lowest than any other builder. I recommend you choose him as your general contractor and builder.
