My experiences were similar to the former reviewer's. Lazy staff and uncaring admins. I gave them 6 months to shape up but cancelled forever. What to do about lack of proper help to stay out of a nursing home is beyond me....

My Mother was a Resident at Queens Manor for a short time.
I thought the staff were Very Friendly, and Helpful. They seemed Family Friendly - (you could have a meal with your family member) and I liked the fact they had a nice outdoor area for residents.
