Both my parents live in a local memory care community and although they are well cared for overall sometimes I need extra help on short notice. My father's form of dementia will manifest itself from time to time in spells of agitation with behavioral issues requiring 24/7 supervision. Jerry, owner of our local Synergy Home Care, has been a Godsend in these situations. I just let him know my care needs and he immediately jumps into action quickly lining up the perfect group of caregivers for the situation. Terrible administration. Concerns are never addressed and it seems there are inconsistent staff to client ratios......poor working environment effects client care
