Great place to work

I've worked at the nursing home for nearly half a year on night shifts. I originally heard terrible things about this facility but I really enjoy working here. The nursing staff as well as cna's on my floor are great. We typically always have supplies needed to meet our residents needs. The DON/ADON and staffing office are good people. The computer system is updated and easy to use. Trinity has a lot of great benefits and offers over time to those who want to work it. I can't speak for other floors but from my experience our residents are well taken care of.

Clean, affordable, and decently sized housing. Lockers are available. Beautiful surrounding area - Shoal Lake is a beautiful town. Grocery store is excellent and deliver. The home care workers are also top notch. The only strange thing is the cold and hot water are opposite directions as should be in the shower, and there is no mail delivery there. So thankful for the huge donation to create Morley House. Otherwise our elderly would be suffering.

They did ok job with my aunt Ruth, but when she died they just give accuse! Not funny
