You have to admire the setting which is essentially a large estate in the middle of an urban development. The care home is part of a range of senior accommodations started by Circle Drive Alliance Church in 1986. At that time they were almost the only development on the south side of Circle Drive.

Ukrainian residence... It's immaculately clean. And so far, no Moskaly

The staff is composed of mainly phillipino people and they are very bias and only want phillipino people on staff. Ive witnessed the staff abuse residents and witnessed the staff not follow food safety standards. The staff do the vare minimum when cleaning and refuse to do any real cleaning or real work. The houses are run down and dirty. Dont recommend working at quality care if canadian because they will get rid of you after probation period of three months for no real reason especially if you are actually doing your job or going above and beyond what is expected of you because the veteran staff dont want people working hard making them look bad and dont want people of non phillipino race. Six years ago this was a good place for residents to live and a place free of senority and prejudism for employees but today it is not a good place to live or work.

The workers here cross to the mall and back without looking. They will end up here soon in a diaper if they keep that up 🤣

We set up a table for their holiday market last week and had a blast. Booth locations were well thought out, staff were very attentive, and we got everything we needed quickly. The atmosphere was great, we felt welcomed by everyone here. We were impressed by their event calendar, full of stuff like musical performances, and hope to return for a future event.
