Nice trailer park. Most are well kept properties. Wide roads which is nice to provide a feeling of spaciousness.

We think this is a very special place for our seniors,,we think they are beening looked after so very well. The staff are so kind ,,food is great. Building is beautiful,, they are just doing a great job at Elim ,,keep it up !!The Lord Bless All of You!!!

I had a bad experience with them, the staff are also very grouchy. I bought a pair of scrub pants and thought I liked them but then tried them on again when I got home and they were awfully disproportionate on me, having no room in the bottom and therefore falling down when walking and I need functional pants when 90% of my job is walking, bending, squating ect as a health care aide, I tried to take them back the day after and so far it was fine after the staff and I found some better pants to exchange because their store does not give refunds, she all the sudden told me because I wore them for under an hour at home, that she wouldn’t take them back. She told me all of this in a rude manner as I stayed calm and asked what the difference is between trying them on in store and trying them on at home, she wouldn’t discuss this and I walked out. I don’t have a lot of money right now, and I was really in need of some new work pants.

Love for the residents is rule one.

The interview process is a complete disaster. If you want to fill out some 3 page form asking questions on how to do your job, go ahead, but if this company can't give a proper interview process, then how do you expect for them to run a company properly. And don't forget HCA certificate, you should get paid between $18 - $24/hour, and your not getting paid that wage, then they are totally screwing the employee over and seek a job elsewhere.
