Street facing room means you can hear traffic. The room having window AC means you can hear people talking outside as they walk by. Having the AC turned on during the night is almost a necessity. Otherwise clean rooms! No HD channels available when I was there.

Reasonable prices for the rooms. Not bad if you are looking for an impromptu overnight stay. Place is in a quite location and there's a river on the back, might be a good fit for nature lover's

Very lovely experience. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is delicious, and there IS free parking. The rooms are quite lovely and comfortable, and we've found it quiet and clean. We'd happily stay here again.

Brand new hotel, very modern, good service, sparkling clean of course! Very good free hot breakfast. Fresh coffee available 24 hours. Only one issue: Internet is keep getting disconnected every few minutes so for a business center they have, that's bad. Even cable TV is loosing signal. Nice swimming pool and well equipped fitness center! Reasonable priced too.

Nice and clean hotel just outside of Montreal. Stayed there to watch my son graduate from military boot camp in St. Jean. Room was large and very quiet. Breakfast only no restaurant

I had lunch at the restaurant. My first time eating there for lunch. The service was good and fast. Waitresses were very professional.

Well appointed and comfortable rooms. The beds were especially comfortable. The included breakfast was also nice. Best hotel we found in town.

Lovely place with a warm and inviting staff. The gift shop though could have better inventory of shirt sizes. Also very surprised to see they had a sauna alongside their pool and fitness room floor level.

The service is great and rooms very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, situated right in downtown Val d'Or with a Chinese buffet right across the street.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in a "quadruple standard" room with two queen beds. The room was pretty nice. The hotel overall was clean and quite. The location was also very convenient as it is walking distance to the metro. My only complaints are: 1) the WiFi is very slow. 2) there were not many electrical plugs in the room. 3) there are not many tables in the room to put bags and things on. Overall, I was very happy and would be happy to stay there again in the future.

Staff are wonderful, rooms are clean, the coffee at the front was great, the continental breakfast was great! I will come back!

Convenient location (10m walk to metro (subway) with free parking. Free continental breakfast is great. Rooms are fine for just comfortable place to relax and sleep. Staff was bilingual.
