never got a terrible frites and chips like this before, ski station version is even better than this

My husband and I stayed overnight at Derby Four Seasons in November, 2021. This month, July, 2022 they claimed we stayed again (which we would NEVER stay at this place again!) They used the credit card they had on file and charged me $164.00 for a room they claim I was there for. I called them to resolve their “mistake” but they were rude and refused to acknowledge they were wrong. Thankfully my credit card company is great and I won’t have to pay for this fraudulent charge. Beware about this place! You don’t want to stay here anyway. The room was dirty, looked like they hadn’t changed the sheets from the previous occupants. I considered not using the shower as it was also dirty from other people as well. Very disappointing! Do not give them your credit card information!!

Chalet très confortable. Vue magnifique... la route est proche par contre... Somme toute, très accueillant. Idéal pour skieur, il y a un foyer au bois, c'est propre... 5 étoiles... André

Excellent upper mid-tier hotel for business travel. Nice exterior, elevators, good facilities, nice room. Close to gas station. Good wifi. Would recommend to any business travellers.

I love it here! The staff are great! The rooms are clean, nice, and warm! It might not be the most luxurious place to stay but they don't claim to be a fancy pants hotel either! This is a great place to be.

We had a good meal at the restaurant. There was a good selection of options and staff were very nice. The apartment suite we rented for the night was large with 2 bedrooms with double beds and and futon in the living room. A nice sized kitchen. It was quite aged, however and and bit dingy. One wall mounted air conditioner in the living room (which was loud).

Highly recommended. Have stayed there multiple times over the years. Recently upgraded. Great location, great amenities, and highly professional staff and service.

What I did not like overpriced no breakfast included the security deposit non sence non of hotel we visited during our traveling do that I did not mind it but dose not make sence 1 22ml shampoo for 3 person no coffee machine in room 2 glasses to be used for drinking flipped up side down on the sink without any plastic cover you wash your hand and jerms all over them the sofa bed and the pillow were not comfortable what I did like modern new building the interier is clean but I will stick with the pro in the hotels business for the next time.

Oh my goodness! I can't say enough great things about this place. Beautifully decorated, meticulously maintained, friendly (but not intrusive) host and hostess, quiet garden nooks for lovely evening visits, lovely pool, great breakfast... the list goes on and on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we wish it wasn't so far away from where we live because we would visit on a regular basis. Well worth a stay!
