This is a very clean and comfortable motel. The owner is friendly and the rooms have space to spread out. We enjoyed our stay and would stay anytime we were in the area.

Stayed at this resort for Canada Day weekend - excellent, friendly hosts; fantastic fireworks , the layout with the grounds is perfect with a really nice beach and recreation area. Beautiful sunsets! I'd recommend this resort to anyone - families or couples. Look forward to our stay again this year!

Initially we thought the price good, but considering it was off season for tourism (museums closed, lock system not operating etc.) the rates were a bit high.
However the room and amenities were lovely, the space well laid out and we enjoyed our stay.

Love this place, the only place I will stay in Kingston. I travel occasionally for business to Kingston and always stay here. The GM is great and I have always received great service with all staff. If I had any complaint would be to have a bigger gym but it does the job.

Room was clean and the inn otaled was really quaint. Definitely a nicer experience than a chain hotel.
The breakfast was amazing. The chef came out and introduced himself and explained it; it was delicious!
I would come back again for sure.

Broken elevator. Dirty carpet. In construction. Extremely rude front desk clerk complaining about the computers. Waited 30 minutes at the frontdesk ... and I was the only client.
