Hotel/Motel

Unfortunately didn't have a chance to meet the owner, Sophie, in person, but she seemed like such a nice person. Professional and accommodating. Her house is beautiful and clean, exactly as described on her website. The fenced in backyard really helped with traveling with a timid dog in winter. The hottub was a cherry on top!

The staff was friendly. The room was very nice. Had no problems with noise, it was nice and quiet. The breakfast the next morning had a variety of different breakfast foods to choose from which was nice.

The rooms are clean, the staff friendly, and is located close to some useful stores such as Canadian Tire and Walmart. The only hiccup was that they had us down for one less night than booked but that was quickly rectified.

Crisp clean hotel, lovely staff always willing to make us comfortable. The breakfast was really great... something to look up to.

Stayed over the weekend. 5 Families. It was a great experience. Check in was easy. Rooms Clean, Beds Comfortable, Missing Microwave in the Room and Ability to cook in the rooms was great. A/C Working. WIFI worked at our building only. Lounge was missing pool cues. We could not use their BBQ as it was taken away for a "School Function". However they accommodated by allowing us to use our Portable BBQ is the same place and we all appreciated it. We will be staying more at RCC Properties in the future. As to the staff, we had a lot of questions prior to the booking and they answered all our questions so very helpful & accommodating. Kudos to RCC Northbay !

Clean and helpful front desk

We had a wonderful experience here. Easy check in. A spacious, clean room. Large portions at the restaurant. I would highly recommend staying here the next time you visit Pembroke.

Owners are very friendly. Nice place but just a little expensive.

We're a family of 4 with 2 cats and the service has been great! It's a quiet hotel and the breakfast is great. So many choices and it's always stocked. Parking is not a problem. Its conveniently located right off the highway too. We have stayed before and if ever in the area again would absolutely stay again. Our only negative would be the pool is smaller (and quite cold) and no hot tub.

Good motel with a great location. We stayed here last week during a fishing tournament for the first time. We were happy with the rooms and the area we'd stay again.
