Quick service to add my new car. They emailed my slip direct. I have dealt with Rob for over 20 years and he is fantastic. Rob knows us all by name and treats us like family. We had to deal with flood damage from the storm in 2014 and the claims department was exceptional. TY

I have been a loyal and exceptional customer for years; never had a claim or ticket for anything. When I called other insurance companies to see how comparable of a price I was paying, I found out, all companies would offer me better plans at 90 dollars less (FYI I had called six other companies). Presently I would like to stay with TD. However, when I called TD to see if I could get a lower rate that was similar to the quotes I was offered at other companies, I was put on hold for an hour and a half! That is unacceptable! They should have a call back system if they have such a high volume of calls. When they finally answered, the first person I talked to could only lower my rate by ten dollars because I had winter tires, but she could not find any way to reduce my rate beyond that. She put me through to someone else. Again I was put on hold. That was when for whatever reason the phone cut out. With no way of calling back without getting put on hold again, I decided it was time to go with one of the other companies I had talked to previously. A message to TD insurance, If you want to keep your customers, you better start offering competitive rates! Also, change the on hold music! Most people don't want to listen to the same annoying song over and over again. Thanks
