The first work done for us by Albertine Kitchens & Bath was almost 20 years ago, when we moved to Oakville. We were extremely impressed with the company's creative ideas, SUPERIOR CRAFTSMANSHIP and 'no-mess-left' when they were finished for the day. Their personal care and on-site attention to even the tiniest details were others factors which made us repeat-clients for ALL our home improvements over these 2 decades!

I purchased up to 10,000.00 dollars worth of bathroom items. Received no service after the product arrived. The problems where mine. Highly costly items that didnt last. Returned and they never got back to me on replacement parts. Still waiting over a year for my call back on a sink stopper. Purchased a 5,000.00 tub and it still doesnt work. They wont get involved or return calls. Georgetown watch out, shopped local to support my neighbor. No neighbor in gtown. Seriousely your on your own. All real gtown people have pride in there service and our town.

I can not say enough for the patience and quality of the sale and instillation. I took my Mother-in-law over to the store to look at shower attachments to make her life easier. Even though it was only a realively a small sale their professionalism was top notch. I can sa the same for the installation! Thank you for your effort!
