Lighting

We had a great lunch here after spending a few hours exploring at Arrowhead provincial park. Delicious pasta (we tried both specials), gorgeous tangy apple pie, and a perfect espresso ☕

People are really helpful and friendly. Classic Home hardware feel with rooms tucked in all over the place. So much easier to get help than at a big box store. FREE POPCORN!!!

Beautiful furniture. Very cool space, went in to look around and ended up with a new coffee table. Worth stopping in, just be careful you may find something you didn't think you were looking for! My kind of place.

Linda and Marlene at the pro desk are great. Staff are very helpful. Love shopping here.

Deb and Jess were so helpful and patient with me. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and made suggestions based on my answers. If you're looking for a lighting solution and want to support a local company, call or go see them today.

Unusually helpful staff. Excellent selection of practically everything. Very good about returns.

Good

Rietta and her team are very helpful and accommodating. She was precise and thorough with measuring, fitting and installing my shutters. Would recommend!

Nice staff usually willing to go the extra mile for their customers. It seems a little pricier than some other big box stores but if you're close you'd be spending that money in gas to go to the city for a couple small items. One other bonus is their paint program. Once you buy so many gallons you one on them.

Awful experience. All of our wallballs have ripped and all of our 2.5 and 5lb change plates have broken. Zero customer service or replacement. Quality is absolutely garbage. Customer service to commercial gyms is non existent. Never buy this product.

Great people..

Great place to buy tools

I've been shopping at Rona for years until I went in to buy some plastic poly pipe . I picked up 2 rolls of poly pipe and when I got to lineup at the cashier I noticed one of them had no tags on it. I walked back and found another of the same poly pipe with tags. I got to the cashier and she said what is the meaning of this? She pointed out that there was 2 tags on one of the pipes. I said ok what's the price.? She scanned both tags and they came out to the same price. I asked her again what's the price? She said in a rude voice what's the meaning of this? I said what? She said there's 2 tags on this pipe. I said ok what's the price? She thought I removed a tag from another pipe and placed it on the pipe. She scanned it again and they were both the same price. I asked again what's the total? She scanned it again. She thought I switched the tags. The tags cannot be replaced because they have sticky tape on one side. That was the last time I will ever go to Rona. That woman thought I switched the price on the rolls. Very rude woman accusing me of switching tags when it is imposible to do. You lost my business Rona and will never see me again. Never never never will I go in that store again. Hello Home Depot you got yourself a new customer.
