If you are looking to install a Solatube, this is the person you want to do the job. He installed my first one 10 years ago and now that we moved, I was lucky to find him and installed another one at the new house. Excellent communication, service response. I called John on a Saturday evening, he was installing the very next day in the morning. This team knows what customer satisfaction is about. I was able to upgrade the cover for my Solatube for very little. They do go the extra mile. There is only 2 companies in the GTA that I know of who install the original Solatube, avoid the other one, I had a bad experience with them, they took a deposit up front and after two months they never installed it. Luckily I found John on google and he installed in less than 24 hours, no surprises, neither un expected surcharges like the other company. I highly recommend them!

I used these guys for my rooftop lighting project and was extremely disappointed with their service. After the project was done I researched the products they sold me and compared it to my invoice, they charged me over double the market rate for the same items. Also the solution they created for my stairs was unfitting and would of required a butcher job to install these lights in my stairs. i am very disappointed ! I would recommend going with a more reputable company for your lighting project.

All I could say about the people and the company overall is that I wouldn't work there over quoter century if I didn't like it. This is the place where we work together as a well played TEAM. Pulling the rope together makes us stronger and stronger every year. Our motivation and respect to each other is the source of the energy that makes us going forward in full speed without any hesitation that we are the best company in this industry for many years.

Professional service with the best prices for LED lights.

Not even 1 star. Purchased 3 chandeliers from this place last Saturday. The sales person Jessica was the one who helped us. We picked one chandelier for our 20 ft foyer and 2 for the living room. The 2 we picked were a medium and large sized one, and we made a deal for all 3 together. We got them same day and when we contacted the guy who was recommended by Jessica to install them, we noticed that the one living room chandelier was the smallest one on display. It was the wrong item. She told the installer it was wrong on the phone, now when we phone to tell them they say bring it back and pay the difference in price of $200. Thats fine, but who is going to install it now? Are we going to have to pay the installer again for there own screw up? Who is going to take down the chandelier? This is ridiculous. How do you end up giving a customer the wrong product?? We decided to keep the chandelier as is as we have no one to take down and put up again as we already invested so much time and money into this. The customer service here sucks and wouldn't recommend to anyone ever!
