I never write negative reviews, but I could not avoid having to share my terrible experience with Showtech with the world. Anyone reading this, AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COSTS. I once tried to order an outlet from Showtech, and I never received the outlet or any confirmation that my request has been received. However, a few days later I noticed I was still charged for the outlet. I spoke to everyone including their manager Russ Jackson and they would not refund my payment even though I received absolutely nothing from them. This is a warning!
