This store has a great range of choice for whatever you need in hardware and general fix-it material. More importantly, the staff at the service desk know their stuff, and are friendly and approachable. I'm not terribly handy, and they've helped me solve a few problems, and find the right products.

Staff is good here. Place is clean and organized. Prices on appliances are much cheaper than elsewhere... For example; same fridge- The Brick price $1995($1695 sale) at Home Depot, price $1698 ($1398 sale). The guy in that department was very positive and helpful.

Beware! Waiting for over 6 months after paying for expensive light fixtures. Will not answer calls requesting lights or refunds. Closed Barrie store on Dunlop Street and now in Orillia 10 Western Avenue. You have to drive there to talk with him. Impossible to deal with. Starting legal action. Very stressful for senior.
