Use to come here for anything I needed as staff were helpful and it’s handy going somewhere close to home, I will now make the drive to London to Home Depot. Called for a quote today on a rental as I was asking questions avout a certain equipment to rent I had recived extremely rude replies and you could tell he was annoyed with being asked questions, it is your job to provide information and help out customers with questions..
Do not reccomend Dutton Rona because of the customer service I have received today. Will spend the extra time and gas to drive into the city.
