I am rating the 3 gentlemen who installed carpet a 5.. they are so professional and friendly! The sales and project planning team however would get a 3.. they quoted to have the floor boards fixed included in the price and didn't actually include anything. This is now delaying the installation and they still haven't called us to inform us of any sort of resolution. Not the greatest customer service at all. Again though the actual carpenters installing carpet are genuinely the nicest guys in the world. Thanks a lot guys !!

This place is my happy place. Staff are great and helpful... they take the time to assist you with what you need and give great inspirational ideas...

Nice array of decor items, but that music!

Beware....Do not deal with this person. Very dishonest and will not return anyone's calls. Closed Barrie store and set up new store 10 Western Ave Orillia. Keep away from Ray as you will require legal action to get your lights or refund!!

Great staff usually have what you need if not they will try and get it....I want to work there

7:30 PM. All I needed was door screen and a storage bin. No one in the general area to ask where I might find what I wanted. When I did they directed me to isle 12, walked right past the isle without even helping me find it. If he had he would of discovered it wasn't in idle 12. Had to go to customer service and he directed me to idle 14. When I finally found it the selection was poor and a mess. Off to Home depot I went.

What a great way to shop. I can’t wait for the grand opening on April 7th.

Great place great prices check it out

The store ive found rarely if at all gives good deals on anything. But I've bought several furniture pieces and home decor from here. Would recommend for stylish home decor. One 3 panel buffet / cabinet took me about 5 hours to put together, mostly because I had to redrill some of my own holes to get the alignment of the doors perfect. But this isn't a unique problem to bouclair... Wayfair , Ikea, etc all have had similar problems.

Excellent Service
