Had an issue with some missing cargo keys on a used truck I bought from a local dealer. The dealer suggested I contact Pop-a-Lock to get replacement keys and they would pay for the work. I tried to contact the Vancouver Pop-A-Lock, first through the web form then by leaving two different phone messages (no one answered the phone either time during normal business hours) a week apart but never got a response.
I'm taking my business elsewhere. If this is how they treat all their customers then I'm surprised they are still in business.

I called at 7:30 am after locking myself out. Was greeted in a very pleasant and understanding way. Even though it was too early for the technicians to be out, I was told one would call ASAP. It was less than 10 minutes later when I got the call. Luckily, I had managed to track down my spare keep with the strata council so I cancelled the call out, but based on that level of service, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if I needed to (hopefully during business hours!!).
