Super easy to use! Unlike making key copies at a big box store, i didn't have to hunt down an employee that knew how to use the key machine only to get home and find the newly created copies don't work, KeyMe was quick, easy and all of my copies work! Highly recommend and plan to use KeyMe again.

we unfortunately lost a family member Last week, and inherrited a house we needed to have the security updated on every door, not knowing whi had access previously. I reviewed several different companies in the area and Foothill had the quickest response and was able to quickly educate me on my options to the point that I was confident having them come out and do the job without needing to research any further.. Mike showed up in about an hour, exactly when promised. He texted me when he was on his way and communicated far above expectations. Mike reviewed the options with me and recommended replacing only the locks instead of the whole door handle which saved us some money and achieved the same goal. Had we wanted to swap out the hardware he had some beutiful options above and beyond what I have seen at Home Depot and Lowes. When allowing someone to tamper with your homes security, trust is a very important factor. Mike was very friendly, knowledgable, and trustworthy, and I felt very comfortable allowing him in my home and changing the locks. The service was professional and fast! It only took him about 20 minutes to change out all the locks. Everything works great and all the locks used are solid and high quality. He was very thorough and I feel like if needed I would be comfortable having him work on my place without me even being able to be there. Not to mention he seemed to have the most technologically advanced equipment in the form of a mobile workshop prepared to handle anything on the spot. Foothill Lock & Security is now our go-to locksmith. I highly recommend them, and will be reccomending them to friends and family.

This machine missed a small tooth on the key and it doesn't work. Also there were a lot of shavings hanging off the side that I had to pull off.

This was my go to store until today, I am use to all the smiley, helpful faces of the previous owner but ever since they sold it - the customer service had gone way down! They use to help me tape certain items when i bring it in for FREE now with just a slight hole they said it will cost me $1 ?!? REalllyyyy?? I'm over it!

One of my employees broke their key in the business front door so I called Key Evidence and the lady who took my call let me know that they were overbooked for the day but they will try to get to my problem as soon as possible. I called before 9:30 and it is now 10:42 and my door is fixed! Doyle came in and let me know that he had a big job that he put to the side to help with ours because he knew the other job would take a while. He was so kind, helpful and happy! My favorite kind of person. Will definitely be referring people to Key Evidence. Thank you Doyle!

Oh man when u get locked out of ur car and can’t get back in what to do. I ended up calling around and found this place ., they where fast to help and got a tech to call quick like and got in and on my way in no time ..
