my spare key/vehicle was recently stolen but then was recovered by the cops. my spare key wasnt recovered so my truck was still vulnerable to the same a**hole that took it. dealer wanted close to 1000 bucks for ONE new key along with the key programming plus a day in labor and parts ordering. sanders made me TWO new keys with new programming in less than 20 minutes for 130 BUCKS!!! saved me literally 800 dollars. just wanted to say thanks for your service and for saving me the money. to all those in same boat i was, i just wanted to say, dont go to dealers for auto key problems because its literally robbery after what they almost did to me.

Just called Don’s Locksmith. They have arrived after exactly 25 min. I just moved to a new house so I had to change all my locks. He was professional, knowledgeable, productive with some pretty good prices as well. Will recommend my friends and family to use Don’s services!

Saw the key machine on the way out of Bed, Bath & Beyond and decided to try it out since my mom needed some keys made. I didn't think the machine would cut the keys correctly, but all three of the keys fit the lock when we got home! So convenient.

I locked my keys in my car today. Johnny answered his phone right away and was there to help in 10 minutes!! It only took him about 5 minutes to unlock and I was good to go. He was very friendly and professional. Absolutely recommend! Thanks Johnny!

Went in today to get a simple CH509 key cut. I was refused service because i didn't drive our 68' semi truck and trailer to their shop. For those that dont know , a CH509 is a cam lock key found on tool boxes, tarp boxes. low security boxes. You can order them online if you can wait for shipping. There are millions of these locks and keys out there. Any way I normally go to Eugene lock and safe a couple blocks down from these people but didn't. I was amazed at the treatment I received. Again this is a low security lock. I could have bought a cam lock with the key off of the back shelf behind their counter. SAME KEY! I am not sure how they are still in business. Thank you Eugene Lock and Safe for getting me taken care of. Keep up the good work Heyman's Eugene Lock and Safe appreciates your business. I will never go back to Heymans , Their lack of intellect cause's major concern with security .
