Stress ranks at the top of my list of triggers that aggravate my autoimmune arthritis. I kickbox as a way to alleviate stress and keep my arthritis manageable. Many think that kickboxing would be too difficult and painful for a person who has joint issues in hands, hips, shoulders, and back. The key, for me, is to keep moving and modify my workout on days when my arthritis is worse. Smash Hit Kickboxing's instructors are very patient and supportive of my condition, but they always challenge me to do the most I can in each class.

Proffesor Lou Armezzani is very passionate about bring up the next generation of grapplers and is awesome with the kids. He is one of the most patient people i have ever met and brings many years of training and experience to the mats. If you want to start training this is the place no matter the skill level or age!

I LOVE Judo. Sensei Neil is an amazing instructor, and the higher belts are very nice and helpful. Class is intense, but super fun. The atmosphere is very conducive to learning, and I feel like I am making a bunch of new friends.

Not impressed at all. Bad enough it takes 3+ weeks to get an appointment, but then I get an x-ray and after 2 weeks I get no response. I call and am told they will only call me if there is something abnormal on the x-ray, meantime my arm is still in pain and no one tells me what I can do. Why did I get a family physician? If I am in pain shouldn't they be giving me some advice?
