Top Notch! Faulks JiuJitsu represents everything you want in a martial arts gym/ Dojo. It's small, family run with an incredible culture and community feel. The teachers have an incredible demeanour with the kids that transcends far beyond the Dojo. They get on the kids level and treat them with respect which breeds confidence, it's much more than teaching them how to fight. We don't feel like we joined a martial arts gym but rather a family and community. Highly recommend.

My youngest brother trains at Sun Hang Do and I can confidently say that this is probably the best program out there for not just kids but adults as well. The atmosphere is very positive and certainly does not fail to uplift any person that walks through those doors. The Instructors on staff are probably one of the best out there with great knowledge and good intentions to help students achieve only the best and reach their goals. Along side the above, it is great exercise and is suitable for anyone as they provide a flexible schedule. Definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking to join a wonderful program that caters to all ages and provides great training results.

It is more than one year that I have got to know this Dojo. The atmosphere of Dojo is very friendly. Sensei Andre is very patient and Expert. I started attending the class by myself and now my 5 years old son is another member of Dojo who enjoys Aikido as well. In this Dojo Aikido is tought in a friendly manner as I expected which is a safe martial art.

Best place ever

By far the best dojo/academy/club for martial arts I have ever been involved with. The level of instruction is very high, and the enthusiasm that the students have creates an atmosphere where one feels like they are part of a community. I highly recommend getting involved.

It doesn't matter if you're there for crossfit or parkour, Stronghearts delivers. The staff are all friendly and supportive, and the facilities are all dynamic - so you can move vaults, rails, and boxes to make your own courses suited to your skill level. Definitely drop by if you feel like learning or practicing parkour.

This is a really great gym! The environment is completely safe and fun. They do not only teach self-defense but also to respect the values of others.
