I have been with Sudbury MMA for almost 6 years now. There is no place I would rather be developing new skills then at Sudbury MMA. One team, One family, Sudbury MMA.

I have been a member at Aikido of Mohawk Valley since 2007. It is a small friendly dojo. The owner/instructor Stephen Jesberger holds the rank of 6th dan and the teaching rank of shidoin from the United States Aikido Federation. There are no children's classes, adult classes only. Teens with sufficient maturity level may be allowed to join. Classes are informal by the standards of traditional Japanese martial arts. There is a relaxed atmosphere in which laughter is often heard, as well as the thud of bodies hitting the mat! Jesberger Sensei comes from Syracuse three days a week to teach classes. We are very lucky to have such an experienced and talented teacher to come to the Mohawk Valley to teach this beautiful martial art. Currently there are classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:30 p.m. and continuing until the last student leaves. Students arrive and depart as their schedules allow in this informal class setting. And there is a class on Saturday mornings from 10 a.m. to noon. Students can pay by the month or by the individual class whichever is more suited to how often they are able to practice. There are no long-term contracts. Teaching Aikido is a labor of love for Sensei.

We love Wexford Rothrock's Kung fu! It is the best! Have been going there for about four years-- seems like yesterday. Time flies when you're having fun!

Hosted a birthday party for our 6y/o son at the Barrhaven OAMA. The staff was fantastic to deal with and were awesome with the almost 20 kids in attendance! You could see the effort they made to make sure everyone felt included and was having fun! We're already looking to sign out son up for the free week they offered to each of the kids in attendance. Best birthday related money I've ever spent!
