Best thing I could have done for myself. Started out looking to get in shape and found I really enjoyed the control and power I have gained. What I have learned I will always have and no one can take that away. I'm now a blue belt which apparently is a black belt in training. When I get to black belt that will be great. The journey getting to black belt is a personal and respected path.
I was reluctant starting out at first but glad I took that first step. Now I have a great group of friends that all love learning and practicing the art of Karate.

I absolutely love the Daily Ultimate Training class that the UFC gym has! It's such a great class to get your cardio in, especially since cardio is something I hate. And a big shout out to Coach Dustin and Coach G for motivating the class in such a positive way! I would definitely recommend checking out this gym if you want to get in your cardio in a fun and motivating atmosphere!
