this place is GREAT!!! i love barb and Med so much. they've been so supportive since the first day i started my daughter in there kids class. my daughter always comes home feeling good about herself, she always looks so forward to going kickboxing. i highly recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a nice atmosphere. Perfect for the little ones.

Before coming here, I’ve tried other styles and I like this system the best. Everything you learn here is self defence based. No forms or katas, just practical techniques you can apply effectively in everyday situations. Training and focus here is on application. If you like what you see in ufc or mma, you’ll like it here, except what you learn here is for street application! Great place to train and everyone here is friendly and helpful.

Top-notch lion dance performances and kung fu in Vancouver This is one of the best lion dance teams in all of Vancouver and the lower mainland. Very professional to deal with when booking and their showmanship is the best I've seen. They also do dragon dances (I've seen them at parades and other events) and the kung fu demonstrations I've seen are amazing and show the difference that many years of training can make.
I would definitely recommend them for your next event. They do weddings primarily but also have done corporate events, community appearances, etc.
