I've been going to the USMAA gym for over 6 years now and I absolutely love the Boot Camp. It's tough to drag myself out of bed at 5:30am, but I can't think of a better way to start my day. A nice balance of cross training and kickboxing - always challenging physically and mentally(for all levels), which keeps it interesting. Highly recommend for anyone looking to push themselves and get up early. The 9am and 12:15 noon classes are high intensity too, for those who like sleeping in.

Mr. Moench teaches the importance of respect and discipline, while creating a fun and supportive atmosphere to learn martial arts.

Friendly, fun and inviting place for families and kids. Instructor Eric has the kids best interest in mind and pushes them to better themselves everyday.

I have been going to Profitness NW for over two years and have been totally satisfied with the work I have done there. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and have always provided a safe but challenging environment. I enjoy seeing a wide variety of clients, everyone working to their capabilities. The crossfit training I do there, helps me live a healthy and balanced life. I can recommend Profitness NW without reservation.

After completing my first 6-week fitness kickboxing challenge, I decided to join with a year membership. Not only does this give me access to a variety of classes, I'm on my second 6-week challenge! The trainers and teachers invest themselves in me, support and encourage my success, and in turn, teach me to invest in myself. After years of "looking" for my personal fitness connection, I found it at Shayne Simpson's Martial Arts!!

I've attended this gym for 3 years now and I love it. Coach Hunter is very accommodating to his students and always finds a way to modify and work around physical, emotional, and mental limitations. The coaches (and their spouses) have helped me a great deal in becoming who I am today!

Longstryke LLC Self Defense Classes a hit in Bellingham!!!! Try this new way to exercise! This is a fun exhilarating class worth checking out. Cool Coach Greg Sluys has many years of experience in Marshal Arts and will teach you how to defend yourself if the bad guy strikes. It's great the way he personalizes your own self defense style. Drills are fun and interactive and the studio is beautiful. I guarantee you will come out of class feeling extremely invigorated!

Great school. The prices are good. They don't try and trick you into a long term contract. The instructors have been in the area for over 25 years and many have taught many people.

My son has been going here for over 2 years. Master Donna is great with kids and shapes their bodies and minds. Great place for kids to learn respect and confidence. Highly recommended.

I have studied the Art of Pentjak Silat under Guru Pelatih Kevin Schmitt since February of 2011. Throughout my martial arts training career I haven't met anyone who combined the incredible amount of knowledge, ability to teach another and simply to be a great person at the same time. Guru Kevin Schmitt is equally good while teaching adults, teens or younger children. He is passionate about the martial arts in general and most importantly about preserving the Art of Pentjak Silat, specifically in the form that is taught by our Oom Guru Besar Jim Ingram - Amerindo Self Defense. Guru Kevin Schmitt's dedication to his students, to his teacher and to the art of Silat earned him a great deal of respect and recognition in the Martial Arts community long time ago. Sometimes I wished I was a little younger to start over with Kevin, as I was looking for a great martial arts teacher my entire life and I am 52 years old. I LOVE this place! If you're looking to lose some weight and get in shape their 6 week get fit challenge is where its at! Im on my 4th challenge and I have lost a ton of weight and inches. The trainers, Amber and Christie, are AMAZING and are willing to help you anyway they can. You can tell they genuinely care about your success. The workouts are challenging but fun and in the 21 weeks I've been attending I think I can safely say we've not done the same workout twice which I love because it keeps things fresh. The comradery is great too, everyone is so encouraging. So if you're willing to put in the work definetly give this place a try!

My son is enrolled at Two Dragons Karate and the whole staff are incredibly respectful. Mr and Mrs Perry care greaofor each student and family that walk through that door. My son has focus issues and Soke has been such a help with him. I am grateful for a school that teaches my son to respect others, focus, and be a gentleman in a world that seems to be going away from those values. Each teacher is passionate about karate and helping each student become the best person they can. an investment I will continue to make in my son each year.

This is an old school dojang. Where the students earn the next belt. Students are not tested just to provide additional income to the School. Students focus on techniques, forms, and sparring. Master Quiming is patient and concerned with each student. Puyallup is fortunate to have this school of Taekwondo here.
