Spent a lot of my childhood here from the time I was 6 or 7 until I was 12 or 13 I think. I miss it a lot and I want to go back but I'm incredibly overweight now and afraid to get back into it haha

My son and I attend this school and it is a great place to learn martial arts. The instructors are serious about the art but have a sense of humor, too, and you're able to learn in a comfortable environment at whatever level of pressure you're comfortable with. We'd enthusiastically recommend this school to anyone interested in studying martial arts!

When I was taught about self defense I wasn't so sure if this was for me. Now I've been doing this for quite a long time and I can tell you that joining this academy is definitely something worth doing.

Knowing how to teach technique makes a good instructor, but Tom has the gift that makes him a GREAT instructor by making everyone feel exceptional. As a physical therapist, safety is important as well and Tom has proven to me, over the years that he has a high level of understanding what is safe but yet challenging.

This is a great opportunity for three of my great grand children. They are excited when receiving their "Tips". They are proud to share what they learn each week.

I'm a student at Jung's Martial Arts, and I've been taking private lessons from Grand Master Jung. I'm learning basic Hapkido self defense moves and improving my coordination and strength. One benefit I didn't expect to notice is the skill of strategy. I'm still very new at Hapkido, but even after just a few lessons I found myself trying to anticipate moves and counter with a defensive move I just learned. It's a skill that I believe will strengthen and carry into other aspects of my life. I look forward to every lesson and highly respect Grand Mater Jung. He is always very patient, thorough and attentive during our lessons. If you're looking for fitness, confidence, and quality, I highly recommend this self defense school.

Best place I enrolled my child in, great community, great staff! They really care about your child. I highly recommend it and compared to other similar martial art schools, very affordable.

I attended few sessions and found it very educational. The coaches are very nice and professional. The complementary session was kindly received and I learned alot. All was one on one and techniques can be used for self defense on every occasion that situation calls for. Rates were affordable and no contracts.

I was visiting sacramento and spent a week training here. Even though I was only a temporary visitor, I was given plenty of instruction and guidence from both of the black belt instructors, during the morning and evening classes. I learned alot and enjoyed my time spent at Sacramento Jiu Jitsu.
