Great no non-sense self defense training.

Mr Mike is an amazing instructor. Great with everyone from 5 and 6 year old children to 40 something like me. This school focuses on World Taekwondo Federation (Olympic) style. Would not suggest it if you are wanting to do MMA! But you are allowed to try a class or two to make sure that it is a good fit for your needs.

This studio is one of the many reasons why I fell in love with Jackson and wanted to live here! There are a great variety of classes and teaching styles. They accommodate a variety of skill levels, ages, and make everyone feel welcome. Apparel and snacks are also available for purchase. Walk-ins, punch cards and memberships make classes accessable as well depending on how much time and money you want to commit.

I began with John Kidwell and Poos Taekwondo Blue Victory in 1997 and grew as a child, teen and an adult with John and TKD. He is passionate, professional, wonderful with children and well trained in the martial art. He demonstrates the tenants of taekwondo daily including Courtesy -Integrity -Perseverance -Self Control -Indomitable Spirit. John is down to earth, giving, caring and a great master of the art to teach and have fun with all ages. TKD is a true art to raise a child and build self confidence. Under John Kidwell and Blue Victory TKD I earned my 1st degree black belt and grew into a leader in life.

The instructor is so great with children as our grandson has learned a lot from his training we would recommend this facility .

My daughter goes here for kickboxing and self defense. She enjoys her time, gets a great workout, and learns a lot about how to defend herself. Dexter, the owner/instructor, is patient, knowledgeable and is great with kids.

An amazing place to train! Third Way BJJ is a friendly and respectful environment that attracts some really great people. Rick is an awesome instructor and knows his stuff. Technical with a very deep understanding of BJJ, he is also a skilled educator who is clearly dedicated to running a first rate academy. Laramie is lucky to have a Jiu-Jitsu dojo of this caliber.
