Our children have been with Red Dragon karate for 6 years. We new Sir Mark from the Clifford location and my kids really enjoyed him as an instructor. Sir Mark is very competent in what he does and is very good with his students he takes the time to teach them properly.

Because it teaches you disaplin

Our children have been with Red Dragon for 6 years the instructors are all knowledgeable and personabal. Master Steve takes time to teach each individual to there needs and always has time to listen to both students and parents.

We enrolled our youngest son Roman in the Little Warriors program over a year and a half ago. He loved it so much that he got our older boys interested. We now have 3 orange belts that are dedicated to karate. John is a great role model. He teaches a martial art as well as instills discipline that they carry with them outside of the school. We have recommended Upper Valley to our friends and family. It is an awesome experience that our children will never forget!

Saline ATA has been great for my family. Master Teboe is great with the kids. He is an excellent teacher of the martial art. He also spends time teaching the kids self defense, discipline and respect. He knows all the kids, and remembers the experiences of each one. He notices when kids need encouragement, or a specific lesson, and will spend one-on-one time with that kid. My eight year old son was at first hesitant to participate, but he felt empowered when he learned self-defense moves to get out of a very specific bullying situation that he had experienced in real life. He now enjoys practicing the techniques, and looks forward to class. My daughter started when she was four years old. She enjoys all the fun activities. I love seeing her learning the self defense moves. It is awesome that they have an all-ages Sat class, where the whole family can learn together. I have really enjoyed learning this together with my kids. It is a great workout, and I am learning how to apply power. I am regularly amazed at the power of the kids in class. I highly recommend you try it out. Just take a look at the schedule and drop in for a class. The first three classes are free. Phone is not a great way to contact them.
