My daughter was introduced to Grogan's last summer during one of their summer camps. She really enjoyed it so we enrolled her in the program. The training resonates with her in ways we never thought possible. Master Grogan and his staff are incredibly patient with the kids. I especially love the values they teach hand in hand with the physical training. We have seen our daughter's confidence increase in the months she has attended Grogan's. I can’t recommend this program highly enough.

Very fun and educational. Teaches more than just Taekwondo/Karate, they really emphasise on building good character traits and developing life skills. They offer lots of extra special events both for students and adults eg. Bully Prevention, CPR and college bound readiness programs.

Quest had changed my life. I have learned many invaluable self defense skills, and improved my confidence and self discipline greatly in the year I have been taking classes there. The teachers are amazing and everyone is very friendly. I felt so welcomed to take classes and join the community.

Tae Kwon Do is not only a way to learn self-defense, self-control and gain self -confidence, but it is an art in itself. The beauty of the art is demonstrated through its patterns or “tuls”. It is very difficult to find a teacher who comprehends and understands the beauty or art side of this martial art. Mr. Toor not only provides great encouragement and confidence in his students, but he wants them to master the “tul” and understand the strength one gains from the art. Mr. Toor is a very knowledgeable and humble teacher and ensures his students get 100% of his knowledge and time while teaching.

I cannot rate the product itself as I bought some Tai Chi shoes for a Christmas gift for someone (and they have not tried them out yet), but I can rate this company as 5/5 for the service I got, as the sales guy jumped through hoops to get me these specific shoes for a Christmas gift when they didn't have any of the requested size in stock. With a very tight timeline, he was able to expidite the shoes to get it shipped to me before Christmas which exceeded my expectations!

Amazing gym to learn real world self defense techniques while getting into shape.

Walked in one day and didn't see or receive any help. Place had a bit of a funky odor too. Nonetheless, I called the next day and got a hold of a lady who sounded a little full of herself and wouldn't give me any prices over the phone. She insisted I shopped around first? Did some more research after and turns out they hand out black belts to students in as little as 3 months(if they have experience). Regardless, definitely not where I want my kids to learn how to succeed. So I did what she suggested and found a better place by the Mandarin. To each their own I suppose.

High level Jiujitsu, great coach and teammates highly recommend!

Great Place, great people. One of the best places in Toronto for real training and a lot of fun. Definitely worth a try.
