Amazing coaches friendly atmosphere awesome place to train

Dear Owner of Laban fitness. I am member at Laban. I was there today morning for my workout and main door was locked and no responsible person available at 06:30 in the morning who let me in for workout or open the door. I think you should keep eye on main door so people like me don't miss workout. And please this happen second time I hope you cover this in future. Best luck. Amol.

The staff are great. The party I attended was very fun for the kids, they did a fantastic job with them. Where they lost my 2 stars was the cleanliness of the facility. If I could give a zero for that I would. The bathrooms were beyond terrible. Toilets probably never cleaned and the soap was water in a soap pump bottle. Grossly disappointed in that and for that reason alone I am sorry to say I would never send my children back there. I have pictures but I won't post and hope the owners read this and if they choose not to clean then they should really consider a company to do it for them.

By far, this school is the BEST in Winnipeg! All of my kids study here. Master Choi and his instructors are the greatest.

I'm so glad I got brave and tried this boot camp class! Master Rick and his core students are very welcoming of beginners of any age (I see 20 to over 50 year olds). Master Rick delivers well structured class, maintains good control over students learning kicks and punching. Master Rick is patient, smiles a lot, especially when explaining the next drill should be achieved at 120 punches in 20 secs. And wow, it is a thrill when you come close to those targets! He adapts routines if needed to accommodate you. Somehow Master Rick gets you doing exercises with your body that you never envisioned were even possible for you to do, and then you get better at in just a few weeks. Master Rick is great to train with and I would encourage you to give this a try for yourself and your family's fitness. I'm thrilled with how I feel coming out of every class - tired but much stronger, fitter, and faster the longer I train. Thank you Master Rick!

Life long Improvement. After 13 years of solid training, I can say with absolute certainty, K.S.Cho College has been the Best Thing for me. My fitness, my strength, my flexibility, my mental balance, and my mental strength have far exceeded my expectations. I could not have earned these things without having gone to K.S.Cho. As well, the friendly atmosphere is great. I met some of my best friends here. I attend with my wife. When I have a family, I intend to bring them here too.

Hard training but kind
