A few months ago I had the pleasure of working with Jivan Sanghera from Dominion Lending. My husband and I had 60 days to find a home and get a mortgage in place and Jivan helped us tremendously during a very stressful time. He was professional and knowledgeable. This was not our first mortgage and I can say from experience that Jivan is one of the best mortgage brokers I have met. Friendly bankers, but this is the slowest branch service I have ever seen. Nobody seems to care.

Phil Weir is a consummate professional who delivers excellent service along with his years of mortgage financing. In 2008 he helped me to attain a mortgage for my condo when my bank RBC would not give me a any financing. He walked me through the process and came to my residents to get all the documents signed and then filed. I have sought his advice over the years and he has always been quick to respond and he has never been anything but gracious. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone seeking any kind of loan.

If you need good advise for the getting mortgage to buy place to live, just call Tino Brelak. He can do everything to make you secure for getting a credit. You can trust him. He is amazing and very honest person, always ready to explain and help that you can understand all this complicate papers about mortgage. I will always recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you Denise for taking care of my 1st Time Buyers. Denise pulled through for them as they were "pre qualified with their bank RBC" seems they were not and it was a complete mess. I contacted Denise to help they being that we went in firm based on the advise from RBC. Thank goodness they has sufficient Down Payment but still new to Canada and Denise go them approved with a B Lender but still a great rate.
