I am always shocked on how honest and upfront Victor is when he assists me with my commercial clients. He is always putting other peoples interests first which is refreshing. Both Victor & Andre are extremely knowledgable. They are one of the best places to start if you require commercial financing for your clients or you are looking to purchase a commercial property.

took them almost 2 hours to open up a simple basic cheqing account. weren't given cheques at the time so asked to have them ordered 2 months later still haven't gotten them. keep calling and emailing with no response. called the 1-800 and complained, they told me that chqs were never ordered in the first place even those I was told several times they were. now I have to wait another 2 weeks to pay my bills. got a mortgage here as well, told them 2 weeks in advance my closing date and they still weren't able to transfer the money on time so I had to pay a penalty from the builder for their stupidity. even after all the years and business here still get treated like dirt and have to deal with people who don't know what their doing.

HAD TO RATE ONE TO POST...MINUS 100 IS WHAT THEY DESERVE. DO NOT THINK THAT THESE DESPICABLE PEOPLE WILL HELP YOU!!!! MY HUSBAND AND I WERE IN A TERRIBLE SPOT TWO YEARS AGO.. DANNY PAPADOPOLOUS "ARRANGED" A SECOND MORTGAGE TO HELP US..THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATERS ...SHOULD BE REPORTED FOR THEIR ETHICS! i HAVE PAID $12,000 PLUS IN PAYMENTS ALONE IN TWO YEARS ON A "PRIVATE MORTGAGE " JUST REFINANCED WITH MY OWN BANK AT 1/3 THE INTEREST...THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS,ARE SNEAKY AND NOT AT ALL WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE..THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU $9000 FEES UP FRONT AND TO PAY IT OUT I PAY ANOTHER $6000 IN FEES TO CLEAR OUR DEBT TO THEM. THEY ARE NEGLECTFUL AND DO NOT SEND ANY STATEMENTS OR REVISIT ANYTHING WITH YOU ..THEY WAIT TILL THE LAST DAY OF YOUR "CONTRACT " AND YOU ARE FORCED TO GO ALONG WITH WHAT THEY "SET UP" FOR YOU..MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE NO OPTION I WILL CONTINUE TO LET AS MANY PEOPLE I KNOW WHAT UNDERHANDED AND REPREHENSIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE THEY ARE. DO NOT LET THEM GET YOU..CONSIDER YOURSELVES WARNED!!! DESPICABLE HUMAN BEINGS

GO ELSEWHERE - I would - never deal with again - Sunny advertises like there is a ton of cheap listings for sale subway restaurants plazas gas stations etc - but he doesn't have any of them - all a tool to get you to call and get your info - then sell/pass your name off to other people - wants you to meet at his office - so he can shove paperwork at you under high pressure - DONT SIGN IT without reading it fully at home - signs you to a buyers rep for 1 year with him
