On April 1st, my wife and I met with Thomas Daly Mortgage Officer with Bank of America regarding refinancing a home quity loan we have with Bank of America.
As of May 3rd we have not received any response from Thomas Daly. We have emailed him, called the branch, left messages, and still 32 days have gone by and no answer from Thomas.
We have verified that he is still working for Bank of America and at this branch.
We have contacted the branch several times and while he is there but he is always busy. We leave our name and phone number with branch manager but Thomas Daly never calls us back.
He obtained our financial and sensitive information falsely since;
- he has not begun any refinance with Bank of America
- has not returned any phone or emails
- doesn't conduct himself professionally as he is licensed to
We will purse criminal and civil action against Thomas and Bank of America
