Mortgage

I've been going to this branch for all my banking needs for about 2 years now. Almost all of the staff recognize me when I enter and they're always so friendly. One teller even noticed I had become engaged by noticing my ring. I'm going to actually miss this branch as I move away now. They've made banking a wonderful experience for myself and my new fiancé.

Not even a star deserves this mortgage... I am a Realtor in Atlanta and this mortgage company that was suggested from another mortgage company in FL almost costed the entire deal. Luckily the buyer was amazing and the seller was understanding because the entire time the mortgagor wouldn't respond to any email/text/call and the processor was rude and uninformative. I'm not one to bash but when the entire deal is almost lost I have no choice... luckily we ended up closing but it was only by what was suppose to be done in the beginning by documents we received. Mark actually told me through the deal that I was no to contact him anymore due to the sense of urgency we expressed. It you want a timeline do not deal with this lender... he will compromise your entire transaction.

Always have great service, get the line fast, accurate transactions, plesant employees. I always see Chris and Amanda, and always leave happy.

Came to do deposit and get info, was forced to reopen a virtual wallet just to mess up my husband and I credit. Took 3 hours to finally escape. Ugh hungry and bored.

Long waiting lines & only 1 person working majority of the time. I only went twice while 2 people were there but the lines was still long
