Just as an FYI for anyone planning to go to this Bank- you will get booted if you park there, go to the bank and then go to another store in the same plaza without moving your car. Something that chase has never done to me. Looks like most of my banking business is going to be taken elsewhere from now on

The customer service here is superb. I been there many times and have not had a bad experience. I wish I can say that for many other branches but sadly I can't. If you are looking to be treated with some respect and assisted well, please stop into this branch to be serviced. Stay away from the branch on Grand; worst of them all.

Very helpful staff. Have never encountered bums in the ATM but looking forward to it. Nice meighborhood, safe & clean. They would get a fifth star if they had a customer restroom, though it might attract more bums.
