One of the most unprofessional companies for mortgages out there. Not only are the mortgage "professionals" unprofessional, but the loan officer in the 82nd street office is also a Real Estate Agent who constantly competes with Real Estate Brokers for business and she tries to steal clients constantly. Not only is this an ethics violation but a mortgage company or bank should not allow a licensed mortgage individual to also compete in Real Estate. She personally tried to convince my client that I was not a good broker and tried to take my client from me. I had to move the loan away from the company. I would be glad to provide that clients information to the bank to back up my claim. Also I recently ran into another Broker and she had the same thing to say. This person personally tries to steal clients of agents and Brokers in the business. You have lost business because of this. #unethicalbusinesspractices #loanagentshouldbefiredduetounethicalbehavior

They’ve stolen my time by making me wait for half an hour and then told me come back later. Time of people are important than anything and they wanted me to come back third time with ZERO result. I couldnt go there earlier this time but someone could say “Hey its too late for operation come back later please” before making me wait half an hour, and it would make sense. Its my bad that gave them second chance by visiting them. Only couple of the staff seem taking care of people including guy with orange hair.

The 96th St PNC has some of the most helpful, personable, and pleasant employees of any bank I've been to.

I love most of the dealing with this bank. Warren is amazing, always super friendly and helpful. The mortgage department is the worst. I don't recommend them to my worst enemy.
