Jim DeCamp is the best Indianapolis mortgage broker, hands down. This guy works way too hard to get you the absolutely best mortgage rate possible. He is greatly devoted to all of his clients, and everybody you talk to loves this guy. Nothing but positive things to say. I went into the mortgage loan scenario knowing absolutely nothing about Indianapolis mortgage brokers or mortgages in general. Jim made the mortgage process easy to understand. He broke it down in a way that made sense to me. I've learned a lot about mortgages, life, love, and the true meaning of Indianapolis mortgage brokers: mortgage loan officers aren't supposed to degrade you and make it impossible to understand what they're doing over there with your home loan. Jim DeCamp is a true American. He's a gentleman, a scholar, a war veteran, and the coolest guy you'll ever have doing your mortgages - that's for sure. God bless Jim DeCamp, the best darned Mortgage Loan Originator in the whole Indianapolis area. He also does a bang up job with Greenwood Home Loans, Carmel, Zionsville, pretty much anywhere in Indiana. If you're living in or moving to Indiana and you need a house, Jim DeCamp's the guy to call.

Hands down, Pam Heck is the best loan officer we've worked with over the last 12 years or so. She helped us secure our first mortgage at a local bank years ago, and we've also had her help in refinancing on a few occasions. When she left the local bank, we knew without a doubt we'd be following her to Hallmark Home Mortgage. We love that she is honest and direct, and is always available via phone or email. She is the best!

Excellent service. Always promt and courteous. They are great on helping with account questions/services over the phone.

It is a cashless bank no tellers are ever on hand.

Hours have changed they close at 5pm on Fridays. Friendly staff. They always remember your name.

Mary Byers working drive thru would not deposit a check my husband had signed over to me. VERY RUDE!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and she was lead teller in charge of branch today! Went to another PNC branch and had no problem making that deposit

When I give Adrienne a contract, I am confident that she is doing her job while I am doing mine, I have never had to "check" on a file or keep Adrienne on task As I have had to with many other lenders. I have done well over 50 transactions with Adrienne and believe me, she is "THE BEST" in my book :)
