Toops long to deposit a check, and unfriendly tellers - seems that customer service isn't one of their objectives. I used to fo this location on a frequent basis but it's time to go elsewhere.

Excellent bank

Was supposed to be pre-approved but I wasn’t. Was told loan was in underwriting but it wasn’t. Was told by Frank Pyle he personally would expedite my loan and it didn’t happen. Rate was never locked in, closing cost change several times, couldn’t get appraisal for 3 weeks and to move it up by 2 days would cost an extra $150.00. Asked for documentation and then so much time had lapsed that I had to get updated information. When I am promised that something will happen, I expect it to happen. When I told them I was looking at another lender who could close me sooner I was told “well good luck with that” in a snobbish tone. Poor customer service. I definitely was not impressed by two of the three individuals I had contact with and certainly not impressed with the branch manager.

I have worked with Disa and Robert and their fantastic team for the past 3 years. They are extremely professional - yet, puts buyers at ease with their calmness and warm personalities. I have been with Busey for over 15 years and I have NEVER had an issue with their service.
