Always received the best service since I have been with PNC.

I wish can give negative 10000 stars to this TOWSON branch. This branch wastes my time. The manager ask me to sit. Then 10 mins later he came and said "I could not see you because the pole block the sight". But I can see him with no problem when I sit. Later, I have a document needs the manager to sign. I literally waited him for more than 30 mins. He is having fun with his 5 "customers (male and female)" in another counter, and few more people came into and went out his group, back and forth. I strongly suspect that they are neglecting their duty. BTW, the communication between the teller is terrible. This branch is THE WOREST.

The interactions with the loan consultant was good. He spent time explaining the precise details of how settlement and the process would be..

Absolutely terrible, we went to open a checking account and the gentleman was by himself he had to stop constantly and go to teller to help people we were here for 1hour 30 mins, obsurd!

We worked with Nathan Fitzgerald. Great to work with and very knowledgeable. He kept us informed through out the process.
