Crazy friendly and not disrespectful

They use a nasty trick to charge you $53 when closing your account. On the day I transferred they deducted $3.99 from my account for a paper statement fee which I never agreed to and used to be free. Then because the check I wrote was greater than my balance I got charged $37 for an overdraft fee. Then another $12 for a negative balance fee. Have been a loyal customer here for 10 years but that was an incredible kick in the butt they gave me on my way out. Tellers are also incredibly nosy. Have before been interrogated as to what I was withdrawing my money for. If you have an account, i urge you to close it down immediately and ask for your money in cash. Then ask for a written statement that your account is closed and they're not going to pull any more tricks to charge you money. This is an incredibly corrupt bank.

Great customer service.

Had to link my accounts because they told me I had to. I waited an hour to be helped and filled out the paperwork. They incorrectly processed it and then told me I had to come back in to sign a different form. I'm not doing that. If I go in ,it is to close my account.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!! They are rude on the phone and in person. I called another branch and they were very helpful and friendly. They listened to my situation and actually helped me. This branch was rude on the phone and did not want to help me at all. I am sorry that I had to give them 1 star..I would give none!!!

My experience with RMS was great. Jack explained everything in a manner that was understandable and thorough.
