Changing Superintendent's is okay if you intend to change the culture of just telling the home buyer what they want hear at the moment and never following up. Nichole Bloom wont return or answer her phone for a home buyer because she wants her employees to handle the issues and do there job. So who do we call when no one does there job? Justin Bozarth VP of Construction promised me he would extend the pavers on my courtyard on the right side of the house up to the center blocks. Only did half then retracted from his word. If you can't trust the VP of Construction to keep his word how can you expect any employee to do there job. This explains the lack of responsibility and quality of work. Nicole Bloom is in over her head. Justin Bozarth will get her fired if He continues to be a Bull Sh__ tter that can't keep his word. If Nichole doesn't take pride in the product she represents what can you expect from the rest of the crew.

I have had an account here for about 3 months now and I will say this is the best banking option out there. No minimum deposit and I opened the account entirely online.
