Theresa Green and the whole Movement Mortgage team is phenomenal. They helped us through every step of our mortgage process, taking time to answer our questions and never tiring of explaining things to us. She had our loan ready to roll in record time. We couldn't be more pleased! I would HIGHLY recommend The Green Team to anyone seeking a new mortgage!

I can't say enough about Reliance First Capital. Amanda Mowbray was my main point of contact but the entire team was a pleasure. From start to finish, they were wonderful. When I first contacted them, I didn't know if I wanted to buy or refinance our current house and build on. Amanda walked me through each process and when we finally decided to buy, she was amazing. I wasn't in the dark at all and everything was smooth and we closed on time and everything was perfect. Highly, Highly recommend for all your home needs!

If you are going to bank with the Mortgage company to elsewhere. They are stuck in 1980. They can only mail you documents as they can't email or fax out documents ever. I have called many times for emails and faxes. They'll tell you they will do it and it won't happen. If you call two times a day the promise and promise.....then you'll end up with what you needed in the mail. This company is a joke especially with customer service. Please do yourself a favor and find ANY other lender.

Tony patiently worked with me through my relocation. He took the time to explain how parts of the mortgage process work and he provided several different financial scenarios so that I could determine which option was best for me and my family. Most importantly, he kept my personal priorities at the top of his list so that I never felt I was compromising. Without hesitation I would recommend Tony to everyone !looking for a mortgage planner who works from his heart for his clients.

I will put ZERO star to this branch. Visit two times, left my phone number, never call back. The manger in this branch is always busy on the phone, disrespect to customers. Try to deposit (not withdraw) a check, asked so many, hassle!!! There are many good banks around and STAY AWAY from this one! I am going to cancel my account from BBT!

This skip tracing company contacted me because my name matched another individual they were trying to locate. They immediately tried to verify I was the individual they were looking for but did not explain why and I immediately thought it was a phishing scam because I had never heard of this company before. After finding the company online I realized my mistake and emailed them to express my frustration with the original phone call. Management was very responsive and immediately reached out to me to explain the situation. Overall impressed by the responsiveness of upper management to my concerns, but disappointed by the way the original mix up happened in the first place.
