Third Federal has been great to work with. I financed my condo with them and it was a decent amount of paperwork, but pretty smooth and quick overall. When I refinanced it just took a couple days with minimal paperwork, and I got a great rate.
We recently bought a home and this mortgage was very fast, I think we had the approval in one day, and the rate is even better than the last.
They have been very responsive to any questions or changes in payment source, I love companies where I can email a person and get a quick response.
