Chad is a great resource in the mortgage world! Whether you work with Chad or not, I think you should at least talk with him about mortgage options and then decide what's best for you! Keep up the good work!

Terrible customer service I wouldn't rate them a single star but have no choice. .I called the bank at noon and requested to give me the details behind not crediting our money into our account that was refunded by the airlines as we canceled the tickets ?..I keep getting words from them saying they will give me a call back and never returned my call so I called them around 5 PM and still they don't have any information or idea about what was told to me ...they again said sorry they have been busy with the customers (what am i? Am I a non customer?) And on top of what was said I still don't get any resolution behind why my money was not credited in to our account. This call was after a 2 weeks we went in there personally and checked with them and they said that it is pending transaction and they will deposit into our account next or the day after that. Nothing came even after two weeks and so we wanted to check and ask the reason, which let us to call them and it's very disturbing the way they handle their customer and very unprofessional. We will not have our account with this bank anymore. This sucks

Patrick did everything he said he would, always got back to either my wife or myself when we had questions, overall made everything very easy.

I love the bank but the night deposit stinks it takes forever for the money to go in your account. I have called twice and still not getting anywhere. And this is the one on 51st.
